Dr. Botman is a licensed psycholgist who has been helping families for more than 20 years.   He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  He specializes in treating inflexible-explosive children through an innovative approach that he calls "practice-oriented parenting."  He curently provides therapeutic guidance to parents, training to mental health clinicians, and consultation to educators.
